WASHINGTON, July 1, 2020 - In response to the House passage of H.R. 2, the Moving Forward Act, the American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association (ASLRRA), which represents the nation’s 600 small business freight railroads and hundreds of railroad suppliers, has identified both positive and concerning aspects of the surface transportation portion of the legislation for the short line industry going forward.
